Production - Limited edition craftsman wine, 3 months in American oak barrel.

 

Variety - 100% Mencia.

Vineyards and elaboration - More than 60 years, 500-700 m height. The Mencía is fermented in stainless steel barrels for alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, during that period the wine is kept on the oak barrel providing the features of vanilla and dried fruits.
