Production - Limited edition craftsman wine, fermented and reared on lees.


Variety- 100% Mencia

Vineyards and elaboration - More than 60 years, 500-700 m height. The Mencía is fermented in stainless steel barrels for alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, during that

period the wine is kept on the “lees” providing stronger features such as more body and character, more complex notes.

The appearance

- Cherry with purple violet of high layer

The nose
- medium intensity high, with notes of dark berries: Black berry and blackcurrant

- lactic notes.

The palate

- high intensity, medium body and soft tannins together with moderate alcoholic.

- Nice and round.

- Persistence, high.
