LA MENCÍA
Production- Limited edition craftsman wine.
Variety - 100% Mencía.
Vineyards and elaboration – More than 60 years, 500-700 m height. The Mencía is fermented in stainless steel barrels for alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, separately for each vineyard in order to keep and obtain the characteristic attributes from each one.
The appearance
- cherry with purple violet of medium layer
The nose
- medium intensity, with notes of dark berries: Black berry and blackcurrant, lactic notes.
The palate
- medium intensity, medium body and soft tannins together with moderate alcoholic. Nice and round. Persistence, medium
